The benefits of yoga. 

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing. Some of the many benefits of practicing yoga include increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality. It can also help to protect from injury.

One day workshops.

A one day workshop gives us the chance to dive deeper into our yoga practice together. Often we’ll invite a guest teacher to bring along another offering, that supports and compliments the yoga practice, such as Tai Chi or conscious dance. There is a break for a cuppa during the morning and afternoon, we provide a light lunch and a delicious vegan meal for you to take home with you. This allows you relax and land without the need to cook that evening.


Yoga classes

Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. Xenie teaches her own unique blend of yoga which includes elements of Sivananda and Vinyasa and Simon teaches Ashtanga.
We often include Yoga Nidra in our workshops as well. Our approach to yoga is the same approach we take to everything… to seek a sense of balance.


Preventing back and joint pain is an important part of maintaining a healthy body. Our ‘Osteoclass’ is all about joint mobility using osteopathic principles. It’s basically mindfulness in movement.
It’s a 6 week course, consisting of one class a week. It’s important to attend the complete course as each week we build on what we have done in the previous class, giving you the tools to maintain a healthy, moving body.
